NP-306 FLR No-Clean Flux ( Resin Based Liquid No-Clean Flux )

NP-306 FLR is Low Residue No-Clean Flux specially formulated and developed for plated through hole assembly, soldering PCBs with mounted chip components and flat ICs for miniaturised and high density PCBs. 306 FLR has been specifically formulated for foam application. It can also be applied on PCBs by spraying, wave or dipping application.NP-306 FLR is a clear liquid, organic flux in a multicomponent vehicle. Flux has low solid content and exhibits excellent fluxing action. Eliminates post soldering cleaning - reduces costs and eliminates use of CFC. Flux has excellent foaming properties. Flux leaves low residues after soldering. Compatible Solvent NP 505 should be used to maintain the flux composition.
