This flux is used for reflowing of Tin / Lead coatings on printed circuit boards. It is primarily formulated for use in infra-red fusing ovens. Hot air ovens may also be used. The recommended fusing temperature for the standard 60 / 40 or 63 / 37 Tin / Lead coating is 220oC to 240oC.
