| NP-HAL Flux is water soluble formulation specially formulated for use with solder coating / leveling equipment for solder coating of printed circuit board. NP-HAL Flux has good thermal stability and after solder coating the flux residues are completely soluble in water, thus providing PCB's with high ionic cleanliness. All ingredients are biodegradeable.
